Our Approach

We believe in meeting clients where they are. All clinicians take a collaborative, strengths-based approach, integrating evidence-based modalities (including CBT, DBT-informed strategies, and EMDR for trauma) with the individual goals of each client and family.

Session Options

Individual sessions, family sessions, and couples counseling are available. Both in-person (1950 Doctors Park Dr, Suite A, Columbus, IN) and telehealth appointments offered. Most major insurance plans accepted.
