Joseph Allen, BS

Co-Founder & Business Administrator

Joseph is a co-founder of Inclusive Options, LLC and a native of Columbus, Indiana. Joseph obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, with a Minor in Entrepreneurial Studies in the Natural Sciences from Carthage College in 2009. Joseph has worked the majority of his professional career in various roles at a Fortune 100 company, and brings a diverse skillset in business management, financing, data analytics, and IT services.

Over the last 12 years, Joseph has transitioned from being a Software Engineer to leadership roles overseeing small, medium, and large projects, as well as Product Management in the IT field. He currently oversees multiple Enterprise software systems that service North America.

Through Angela, Joseph has learned how quickly the mental health need has grown in recent years, and with the right support, anyone can succeed in life. He is passionate about providing this support to the Columbus Community.
