Dessie Jackson, RBT

Program Manager

Dessie is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in psychology and over four years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with an expected graduation date of December 2024. Dessie plans to sit for the BCBA exam to obtain her credentials in early 2025. She is passionate about fostering inclusive environments where all individuals and learners can thrive.

Dessie joins the Inclusive Options team as a Program Manager. She practices with a collaborative and positive approach. Dessie values building strong relationships with peers and creating productive spaces that encourage everyone to succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four dogs, indulging in coffee, and relaxing with movies and cuddles with their pets.
