Dessie Jackson, BCBA
Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Dessie is a dedicated professional with a strong foundation in psychology and over four years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). She is completed a Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with and graduated in December 2024. Dessie obtained her BCBA credentials in the early Spring of 2025. She is passionate about fostering inclusive environments where all individuals and learners can thrive.
Dessie is a BCBA with the Inclusive Options team. She practices with a collaborative and positive approach. Dessie values building strong relationships with peers and creating productive spaces that encourage everyone to succeed. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and four dogs, indulging in coffee, and relaxing with movies and cuddles with her pets.
Ashley McIntosh, BCaBA Intern, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician & BCaBA Intern
Ashley has a wealth of experience in working with families in the community. She has 7+ years of experience in a clinical setting as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and 2 years as an RBT in the educational setting. She is actively pursuing her Bachelor’s Degree from Ball State in Applied Behavior Analysis to become a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst. She is passionate about working with families and connecting them with their local community resources to support inclusive involvement for all.
Amy Robbins
Registered Behavior Technician & Trainer
With over 9 years of experience in the field of developmental support, Amy is a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) who has spent the last 6 years serving the autism community with compassion and commitment. Before becoming an RBT, she worked for 3 years supporting adults with disabilities—an experience that solidified her passion for behavioral health and advocacy.
Known for her natural empathy and deep understanding of those she serves, Amy brings heart, patience, and professionalism to every interaction. Her work is grounded in a lifelong drive to uplift others and create meaningful, positive change in their lives.
Outside of her career, Amy is a proud mom to two energetic children who keep her on her toes with their busy sports schedules and active lifestyles. Balancing family and career, she thrives in roles that require care, consistency, and a genuine love for helping others grow.
Brittany Dyer, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Brittany is a registered behavioral technician with almost five years of experience in a clinical environment, working with both children and adults affected by developmental disabilities. Her steadfast commitment to her clients shines in her sessions. She enjoys watching clients learn new skills and grow. Brittany loves witnessing tangible progress and being a small part in their progress! Outside of her professional endeavors, Brittany actively advocates for the recovery community and working with individuals on health & fitness. In her leisure time, she can often be found being physically active, reading, traveling, and spending time with her son.
Tiffany Roll, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
With over a decade of dedicated experience in Early Childhood Education, Tiffani has built her career on the belief that every child deserves a supportive and structured foundation for growth. Her journey in the classroom led her to pursue her Registered Behavior Technician credential, allowing her to combine traditional educational frameworks with evidence-based behavioral strategies.
Tiffani is deeply passionate about making a measurable impact on the lives of her clients and their families. By blending her 10 years of classroom expertise with her specialized training in behavior analysis, she strives to create inclusive environments where every learner can reach their full potential.
Outside of work, Tiffani is a wife and a mother. Family is extremely important to her! She enjoys reading, spending time with her family and dogs and is an avid Harry Potter fan!
Kourtney Stepp, RBT
Registered Behavior Technician
Kourtney is a Registered Behavioral Technician with a little over a year of experience in the ABA field. She has focused on children between the age ranges of 3-12 years old who experience cognitive and developmental disabilities. Kourtney makes it her goal to not only show her clients that they are capable of any and all trials and tribulations they face through perseverance, but also give families hope and confidence for the future. Kourtney’s patience, commitment, and work ethic is what makes her an amazing RBT. While she has only been a RBT for a relatively short time, her fierce desire and eagerness to be the face for progress and hope are unwavering. She finds happiness in being able to assist others in accomplishing goals. In her downtime, Kourtney engages in a variety of activities such as being a mother, painting, trying out new restaurants, traveling, shopping, and reading.
